               Service & Maintenance 
              Elimileak staff are available to answer any 
                queries you may have regarding your system during normal office 
                hours (Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm). Outside of these hours 
                you may leave a message and one of our staff will contact you 
                at the start of business on the next working day. 
              Should your system require maintenance, for 
                example, outside the above warranty periods, then simply call 
                Elimileak to arrange for a site visit. Any labour will be charged 
                on a fixed fee basis irrespective of the time on site, the cost 
                of any replacement parts will be added to this charge and clearly 
                itemised on your bill.
